Hi, my name is Dr. Peter Duchemin, and I have been practicing magick since the mid 1990’s. I sometimes use the magickal name “Abraxis Nothing”. Like many others, I think, this Work found me
Thank you for your warm invitation! I am very glad for the opportunity to share some of my thoughts with other Practitioners on the Path of Hermetic, magic and mysticism.
My name is Helmar Rudolph, born in Germany, but with strong ties to South Africa, where I spent the better part of the past 30 years. I have a diploma in Marketing Management from the Institute of Marketing Management in Johannesburg. In the early days I did a lot of database programming, then made myself a name in Customer Relationship Management. A period of website development followed, before turning to the Master Key System in 2007.
There have been many questions regarding Andres course Magical and Mystical Introspection and his book Through the Soul Mirror to the Sphere of the Sun (Read about the book here). Is it just introspection? Is it a full path etc. So to clear up any questions Andre has answered some questions we were recently asked in detail for the benefit of anyone seeking a path that is supported by an experienced guide and authentic.
In Tibetan Buddhism, it’s taught that sentient beings trapped in samsara can be divided into six classes. Each of these six classes corresponds to an unwholesome inner state which characterizes that class. The six classes and their corresponding inner states are as follows.
This is the result of a discussion Andre and I had. I am constantly amazed by the depth of understanding that Andre has in all things magical and Occult.
This is a subject that gets strong reactions from different schools of thought. Some believe it should not be considered until much later in your magical education while others believe it can be tackled early on if less than stellar results are acceptable.
Sixty Skills is back! As we mentioned in the last interview a lot of things were coming, now with this interview they are here. The new home of Sixty Skills Courses is now Perseus Arcane Academy, this has allowed Bob the founder of Sixty Skills to create a Mega Deal that gets you every course in his 18-month curriculum for a significant discount compared to buying separately. Bob discusses this along with the latest news from the pre-launch of 'The Living Crystal', a result of his work with the outer planets. We also hear about the next phase of his work, now focusing upon the Zodiac.
We are extremely happy to have SixtySkills on Perseus Arcane Academy. After conducting many interviews with the founder, the feedback for these interviews has always been incredible.
My name is Bryan Garner, my magical name or author pseudonym is Frater Ashen Chassan. I am a practicing occultist, author, lecturer, craftsman and grimoire traditionalist that has been involved in Western Ceremonial Magic since 1999.
This is the first of a series post that will primarily be posted over on the new students of Franz Bardon blog. That blog will be focused on simple instructional posts whereas interviews will all be kept over on Perseus Arcane Academy.
Like many denizens of an industrialized country in the 21th century, my soul mirror work involves reflection on both food and media consumption.
This is a very quick blog post to let you know about a device that has been developed by Bob, the founder of Sixty Skills. As a result of his continuing work with various spheres information has been gained and action has been taken. The fruit of this effort is 'The Living Crystal'.
A word of warning, “too much freedom” can lead to Chaos… We quickly found that amazingly powerful results from Chaos Magic that were not built on solid grounds could lead to disasters, especially for one’s sanity…
Mysticism and Magic are integral parts of the same coin, one being the internal part that deepens and the other the external part that expands. The first brings stability and the second, comprehensiveness. They are the structures that allow us to, being in this life, live with resources beyond it, thus ensuring the possibility to Taste the World as an epic experience.
Today we are joined by Clint Sabom who is the creative director at 'Contemplative Light' He is a long-term practitioner of Franz Bardons teachings, and he shares his experience with us on multiple topics. If you find this or other interviews useful then please do let us know in the comments.
Chaos magick is kind of like applying the scientific method to magick except we are seeking subjective truth instead of objective truth. You experiment with something, record the results, tweak it and try again, all with the goal of finding how to be most effective.
With belief and emotional synchrony – you harmonize with the frequency and can engage with the entities. Just be careful who you invoke.
Recently we interviewed Alex Kozma, one of my first internal arts teachers and I would say after travelling the world and living in Asia for over a decade probably one of the best sources of training for western students - I wish I spent more time under his guidance.
The Conscious and the Subconscious Mind. These are massive subjects which strangely don’t get too much serious consideration in our modern lives.
Transforming the human body into Rainbow Light and ascending at the time of death. Today we discuss this amazing phenomena which has been fully documented by the Tibetans for thousands of years.
We are very excited to have David Coleman join us in the blog. He is well known in the Franz Bardon community for his generous sharing through his writing and for his exceptional book The 26 Keys: The Magic of the Astral Light. In this interview David answers a variety of questions about Astrology in general, how it relates to Hermetic training as well as giving us insight into his own personal approach.
Today we welcome Jesse Woodward to the blog. He is a practitioner of Franz Bardons Tradition as well as a practitioner of Vedic Astrology. Today we focus on Vedic Astrology and how it can be used to bring clarity into a person's life.
Scott: I convinced my wife to let me go try this ayahuasca stuff with the local shaman. I ended up taking it very regularly during which my awareness of magic was awoken. I read hundreds of magic and religious books in that time trying to figure out what was going on.
Alex: I began training forty-three years ago, aged twelve, with a Burmese teacher named Pat Meacher. Ostensibly he taught Kyokushinkai Karate, but he was a family friend and during his regular visits he began teaching me small bits of Chinese Gong Fu. Looking back, the reason was quite amusing – the highlight of my week was the old Monkey Magic series and Kwai Chang Caine’s Kung Fu series, they were my escape from the trauma of daily, physically brutal bullying by the gangs in my area.
What an interview this is! Denny has been so generous with his time and descriptive in his story telling. Denny has used Bold in his answers to highlight important points, we have kept all the answers unedited to retain Denny's original meaning. So, if it is in bold make sure you pay special attention to it.
From this point, I realized that I knew about the future and aspects of life that other people—even my parents—couldn’t perceive. I felt very different from other people and spent much of my time in nature and with animals. (Fortunately, my family was very loving despite their lack of understanding.)
Victoria: Thank you. I’ve been practicing magic in one form or another for 23 years. While I was introduced to Bardon’s work 18 years ago, I did not become an actively serious student of his system until 5 years ago.
Borderline Alchemy Spagyrics which usually involves working with different plants is in the current day often considered as a beginners introduction to laboratory Alchemy.
Exciting times, long time friend of our first blog Students of Franz Bardon is now here with us on Perseus Arcane Academy with an update detailing all that he has been working on over the last year.
We welcome today Tibor who has agreed to share a little of his path towards Franz Bardons teachings and his approach to practice. He had a lot of experience prior to meeting with Franz Bardons teachings which is interesting to hear how it all connects together. Thanks Tibor for sharing.
In the writings of several spiritual teachers, you periodically find some version of the phrase “the battlefield of life.” I’ve always liked that. In many ways, life is indeed like a battlefield, and magical training is one battle we fight on this battlefield.
Today I would like to welcome David Monaghan to the blog. David runs a beautiful website called The Art of Attunement which I highly recommend visiting after reading his interview. He has decades of experience to share with us from solo practice in a small hut in Australia to living in Buddhist Temples in Thailand.
When you end step 1, you should start being powerful in mind also in the everyday life.
Now I believe the day is often the key in remaining aware, but after hearing your story and reading your book I saw that you decided to capture 100% of sensation from the sense gates and this became a turning point.
Today we have an interview with Jason Read, someone who has undertaken a very interesting course of study in Asia, he is a student of Franz Bardons work and the author of what I think will be some very interesting books on hard to find subjects within Taoist Magic, due to be released in the coming years.
We are extremely fortunate at this time to have experienced practitioners sharing openly what used to be extremely difficult to access information. Not must that but we now have practitioners willing to work with students one-on-one to ensure practical success. One of those teachers is Nenad, he is a teacher of teachers as his courses are for those who have reached the latter stages of Initiation into Hermetics by Franz Bardon.
This post uses both Kabbalah and Quabbalah interchangeably. We are extremely grateful for Ray in spending the time answering our many questions in such detail. It was lovely to have this communication with him as he brings deep insight into many of these topics as he truly walks the walk and has spent countless hours seeing what works most efficiently and safely
Today we are talking with Ajahn Punnadhammo from 'The Arrow River Forrest Hermitage'. I was inspired to contact him after my research into Buddhist Cosmology and the states of the Jhana led me to his website. We are just scratching the surface here into what are extremely far reaching subjects.
I’m a British occultist and have been practicing magic of one sort or another since I was 19 years old(currently 58), before that my interest in magic was blocked by parents, then when I was in lodgings the Landlady also objected, once I lived on my own I was free to fully pursue the Art
